Contact and Corrections: Information to Include

  • The exact page URL and the statement or step that needs review.
  • The current objective text, game version or date when relevant.
  • A public official source, media source or screenshot that supports the change.
  • A brief explanation of the difference. Remove personal or account details from attachments.

Privacy and rights requests

For a privacy request, describe the issue and the relevant interaction without sending sensitive identification documents. For a rights concern, identify the affected material, its URL and the basis of the request. We may ask for enough context to verify and handle the request.

Email is handled through third-party email providers. Send only information needed for the request. We do not offer a website contact form or request your Roblox login.

Game and account problems

This editorial inbox cannot award items, restore quest progress, reverse a Roblox purchase or recover an account. Use the official Roblox support channels or the experience creator’s listed support route for those issues.

We do not promise a fixed reply time. A report is reviewed before it changes a guide.

Examples of a useful correction report

For a maze instruction, tell us the page, floor and step reached: for example, “The Day 2 guide describes the lever after alignment; this screenshot shows the objective I still have.” Include when it happened and whether the image shows the same room. This lets us compare the reported mechanic without needing your account identity.

For a date or reward condition, quote the disputed wording and provide the current official notice or claim-display text. Say whether the concern is a badge, avatar item, Ticket price or Plus requirement. Those are separate fields; a screenshot proving one does not automatically settle the others.

Send only what the request needs

Use a public source link when one is available. Crop screenshots to the relevant objective or error and remove usernames, chat messages and other people’s details when they are unnecessary. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment details or identity documents as part of an ordinary correction.

For a request about an earlier email, the approximate date and subject are usually a useful starting point. Describe the information or message you want us to review. We may need clarification to locate it, but sending a request does not require granting access to your mailbox or Roblox account.

Sources and verification

Official sources establish announced facts. Media walkthroughs are attributed reports, not a claim that our team played the game. Conflicting or missing conditions remain unconfirmed.
