Privacy Policy: Scope and Basic Use

You can read the guide and use its filters without an account. There are no comments, advertising scripts, ad applications or advertising cookies on this site. We do not sell personal information or use the site for personalized advertising.

Cloudflare serves the website and its assets. Serving a page involves technical request data such as IP address, browser information and the requested resource. Cloudflare may process that information for delivery, reliability and security under its own policy. This necessary delivery happens whether or not optional analytics is allowed.

Your analytics choice

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you select Allow analytics. Before a choice, and after you select Only necessary, the website does not load its Google Analytics library or send analytics requests. The guide remains available if you reject.

Your browser stores the choice and its timestamp in local storage under hollow_analytics_consent_v1. This preference expires after 180 days. If storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current document. The preference is needed to remember your decision; it is not an advertising identifier.

Use Privacy choices in the footer to withdraw or change the choice. Withdrawal stops future analytics activity in the page and deletes accessible first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies. Requests already sent or in flight cannot be recalled, and withdrawal does not delete previously collected records.

A change is shared with other open tabs for this site in the same browser storage partition. Separate browsers, private windows or devices can have separate preferences.

What optional analytics measures

When allowed and configured on the production domain, Google Analytics receives basic page-view and device information, guide opens and clicks to the official Roblox game. It also counts reward-filter actions without sending the chosen category or other filter inputs. The aim is to understand which pages and guide features are useful.

We strip URL query strings and fragments and do not send external referrer paths. We do not send tool inputs, filter search text, email contents, other free text, Roblox account details or a custom user ID to analytics. Google Signals, advertising personalization and advertising account linking are not part of this site’s analytics use.

Analytics cookies, if set after your permission, are configured for a 90-day lifetime. Individual analytics cookies may update as a permitted session continues. GA4 user-level and event-level retention is set to two months, with reset on new activity disabled; aggregate reports can remain available longer. Google processes analytics data under its own policies, including processing outside your country. Blocking cookies or scripts can limit measurement.

Email and links to other services

If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments through third-party email services. We use them to handle your request and related correspondence. Keep passwords, payment information and unnecessary personal details out of your message. Correspondence is retained only for the request and legitimate follow-up needs, including resolving disputes or legal obligations.

Following a link to Roblox, a source article or another service takes you to that service’s rules and privacy practices. Its cookies and account behavior are outside this site’s controls.

Storage and Retention Under This Privacy Policy

The consent preference, analytics cookies, analytics records and email correspondence are different things. Their lifetimes are not interchangeable. Clearing one does not necessarily remove the others.

Questions, requests and younger readers

You can clear this site’s browser storage or change the analytics choice at any time. For access, correction or deletion requests about information you sent directly to us, email hello@thehollowevent.net with enough context to identify the interaction. Applicable rights and any required verification depend on your location and request.

We do not request personal information from children or offer accounts for them. A parent or guardian can contact us if a child has sent information that should be removed. Please do not email sensitive identity documents unless a necessary, secure verification method has been agreed.

An email deletion request does not change browser consent on your devices. Likewise, withdrawing analytics permission does not delete an email you previously sent. Describe which interaction your request concerns so we can assess the relevant information without asking for unrelated account access.

Material changes to data handling will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
