Check which part of the objective is unfinished

Before repeating a run, read the current objective and identify the stage you have reached. Still searching for parts, opening a relic door and carrying a relic back are different problems. The Day 1 and Day 2 media guides both describe a return to the elevator after the puzzle, so a solved mechanism alone is not evidence of a finished floor.

Keep partner-game objectives separate too. The DOORS Candy Vault and Dandy’s World collection task do not use the hub’s maze mechanism. If the objective names a participating game, use that game’s section in the day guide rather than searching for more pieces on the current floor.

Floor 1: missing pieces or an unlit connection

TechWiser reports five pieces and warns that their positions are not fixed. Its examples include balcony, stair and theater-hall areas. Use these as places to inspect, not guaranteed coordinates: a missing piece in a screenshot location does not establish that your run is broken.

Separate collection from connection. Check that all five pieces have reached the board, then inspect the route between its start and end. Beebom identifies both endpoints lighting up as the successful connection cue. If that cue is absent, review the segments rather than leaving because the board looks nearly complete. Open the Day 1 maze section below for the full objective sequence.

Floor 2: a pillar moves or the lever does not release the relic

Beebom reports that turning a pillar can also rotate its neighbors. After an interaction, inspect the whole arrangement again. The target described by the guides is all six pumpkin faces or light paths directed toward the center; one correctly aimed pillar is not the completion condition.

The reported 11-turn limit comes from Beebom. We have not verified a shared starting arrangement, a universal input sequence or the same limit in every server. Follow the indicators in your room. Once the alignment is correct, the reported next steps are the lever, relic pickup and a safe elevator return. The Day 2 guide below keeps those steps together.

If a run does not complete

  • Check the active objective: opening the relic door and safely leaving with the relic are different steps.
  • Check the puzzle’s visible completion cue before leaving its room.
  • Use the correct floor guide; the five-piece solution does not solve the six-pillar mechanism.
  • If the game does not credit a task, note the floor, objective text and any error before reporting it. This site cannot restore progress or issue a badge.

The run is over, but a reward is missing

First check what the game says you completed, then distinguish a badge from an avatar item. An official badge identity confirms that the badge exists; it does not prove the current avatar-item entitlement, Ticket cost or Plus eligibility. The reward catalog records those limits instead of treating every successful-looking run as a guaranteed item claim.

If you were caught during a return, read the new objective before assuming a solved puzzle or carried item persisted. The available evidence does not establish one reset rule across every floor and server. For a correction report, include the floor number, the step reached, the current objective and a screenshot with account details removed. Avoid repeatedly redoing a partner quest just because its separate hub claim has not appeared.
