Why the November deadline uses PST
Los Angeles uses daylight time at the October launch and standard time at the November 2 cutoff. The deadline is 20:00 UTC, not 19:00 UTC. A timezone conversion must use the date as well as the region.
The finale has no verified minute-level start in the announcement, so this guide does not invent an exact UTC time or a countdown to it.
Daily unlocks and livestreams
A nine-night structure does not establish a fixed unlock time for every floor. A scheduled creator livestream is another event type. Check the hub for available floors rather than treating a stream notification as a quest-unlock promise.
